Tell Canada to urgently increase aid to Afghan children

Decades of war has meant that every child in Afghanistan has grown up knowing fear and suffering, and now, their future looks desperate. As evacuations end and media attention risks moving on, they urgently need your voice.

Half of the children in Afghanistan are in crucial need of humanitarian support. 1 in 16 children die before their 5th birthday, and this year hundreds of thousands have been forced to flee their homes. Yet we fear the situation is about to get catastrophically worse.

Humanitarian aid to Afghanistan is pitifully inadequate, and never more critical. Even more children are facing extreme hunger, with no shelter, food or medical care. Families fleeing are taking desperate measures to survive.
Please, stand with children in Afghanistan by joining us in demanding the government:

1. Increase aid and make sure it reaches children inside Afghanistan, to give them the help they desperately need from Canada and the international community.
2. Support children and families fleeing Afghanistan by creating secure and legal routes to reach safety and build a new life.
