Five ways to celebrate Mom!

Mother’s Day comes once a year, but we can always make time to celebrate the mothers in our lives every day. Here are five ways you can express gratitude this Mother’s Day:

 

1.Cook a meal together

2.Encourage self-care

Get together with Mom and try a yoga class, meditate, or visit a spa for the day. Moms work hard, and spending a few hours practicing self-care can help them to relax.
